Under no circumstance is Millionhairs By Ven responsible for lost or stolen packages by mail. IF YOU ARE CONCERNED YOUR PACKAGE WILL GET LOST IN THE MAIL PLEASE SELECT OUR SHIPPING INSURANCE TO COVER LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES IN YOUR CART.

USPS IS OUR CARRIER AND A SIGNATURE is REQUIRED to confirm delivery on all orders! Someone must be home to sign for it or you can arrange to pick it up from your local post office. IF YOU ARE NOT HOME FOR The first delivery attempt the post office will leave you a notice to pick it up with the time and LOCATION, OR you can sign the notice and have them redeliver it the next day.

Please make sure you include the correct address with the apartment number/ house number. If your package gets lost or rerouted it could take weeks to reroute it back to you. ​

If your package is delivered to the wrong house please contact the post office that delivers to your house FIRST. If you have any issues with delivery please contact the shipping carrier FIRST.

NORMAL PROCESSING TIME takes UP TO 3  business days. Your order is shipped out normally AFTER THAT.  Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Standard shipping: 2-3 business days after your order is shipped out

International shipping: 5-7 business days

Any order placed after 5pm (EST) we will start processing the following business day.
